Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) in a professional and timely manner.

- Provide accurate product information, resolve issues, and assist customers with their orders.

- Manage returns, exchanges, and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.

- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their queries and measure their satisfaction.

- Stay updated on BANANA CLUB's product range, promotions, and policies to provide informed assistance.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Passion for providing top-notch customer service and representing the brand.
