Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused L1 Technical Support Executive to provide first-level technical assistance and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and prior experience in customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle 35-40 inbound/outbound customer support calls per day and provide accurate technical resolutions.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to computers, operating systems, Windows (various versions), and macOS.
Record customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the next support level when necessary.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in customer support or technical support roles.
Good communication skills in
English and Hindi
(Intermediate level).
Knowledge of basic computer operations, OS fundamentals, Windows & Mac environments.
Ability to handle high call volumes with efficiency and maintain quality standards.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to speak any
South Indian language
(Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) is an added advantage.

Pay: ?216,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year
