We are looking for customer support executive (minimum 6 month of experience) Title: Customer Support Executive Location: Newtown Salary: 10000-13000 per month+ pf+esi Timing: 8am-8pm with a rotational week off : We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by answering their questions, handling complaints, and assisting with issues or problems related to our products or services. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone,
  • Resolve customer issues and problems in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Keep track of customer interactions and transactions using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues or escalate them as needed
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics and goals
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a desire to help customers
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult or upset customers in a professional manner
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
