Roles and Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls and dealing with incoming calls to take customers' orders
- Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
- To verity the products have been delivered on time.
- To take new orders.
- Share information on new products and promotions
- To check any issues with the deliveries.
- Immediate Joiner is required.
- The successful candidate for this role will have telesales experience, good customer service skills, be organised, confident and upbeat on the phone
