Roles and Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls and dealing with incoming calls to take customers' orders
  • Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
  • To verity the products have been delivered on time.
  • To take new orders.
  • Share information on new products and promotions
  • To check any issues with the deliveries.
  • Immediate Joiner is required.
  • The successful candidate for this role will have telesales experience, good customer service skills, be organised, confident and upbeat on the phone
