We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through timely and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally Provide accurate information about products and services Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when needed Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:



Excellent communication skills (English required) Strong problem-solving and listening skills Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity Ability to work in shifts (if required) Customer-focused and professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior experience in customer support or call center (optional) Graduate or Intermediate (depending on company policy)
