This is a performance-driven position suited for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, influencing decisions, and meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to incoming leads through
phone calls, center visits, and follow-ups
.
Understand academic interests and suggest appropriate courses or learning paths.
Convert inquiries into enrollments through
smart counseling and result-oriented sales efforts
.
Keep CRM data updated, track leads, and work toward achieving the assigned monthly targets.
Build trust with students by offering a supportive and professional counseling experience.
Assist the marketing/sales team with events, campaigns, and center activities whenever required.
Required Skills
