Key Responsibilities
Manage
chat and message interactions
on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
Attend
incoming calls
and make
outbound follow-up calls
Perform
lead follow-ups
consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and chat
Understand student goals and recommend suitable training programs
Convert leads into admissions
by effective communication and persuasion
Maintain accurate lead records in Excel/CRM tools
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure seamless onboarding
Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Ability to handle multiple chats and calls simultaneously
Familiarity with social media platforms
Customer-centric mindset with patience and clarity
Ability to achieve monthly lead conversion targets
Qualifications
Any degree (freshers & experienced candidates can apply)
Experience in customer support, tele calling, or EdTech sales is an advantage
