?15,000 - ?21,000 (In-hand, based on experience)

Rotational (9 hours including 1-hour break)

Working Days:

6 days/week, 1 weekly off (rotational)

Role Overview:



We are seeking dedicated and proactive

Customer Support Executives

with 1-3 years of customer service experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions efficiently, resolve queries promptly, and ensure a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Identify customer concerns and provide accurate, timely support.

Gain deep knowledge of products and services to communicate effectively.

Coordinate with internal departments for quick issue resolution.

Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems.

Collect customer feedback and identify upselling opportunities.

Meet daily and monthly sales or service targets.

Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum Qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate.



Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

(additional language proficiency is an advantage).

1-3 years of experience in

Customer Support, BPO, or Call Center operations.



Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality service delivery.
