Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Provide accurate information and assistance related to banking products and services.

Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining professionalism.

Update customer details and maintain records in the internal system.

Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule:

6 days working

24/7 rotational shifts with 1 rotational weekly off

9 working hours (including 1-hour break)
