. As the first point of contact for customers using our food delivery platform, you'll ensure every interaction is smooth, helpful, and satisfying. This part-time opportunity is ideal for those looking to work flexible hours while making a real difference in the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with order tracking, cancellations, refunds, and other delivery-related concerns. Resolve customer complaints effectively or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt, empathetic communication. Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely resolutions. Achieve performance targets such as response time, resolution efficiency, and satisfaction scores. Share insights and feedback to help improve customer support processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Prior customer service experience is a plus (food delivery, e-commerce, or hospitality preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, empathetic tone. Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Basic computer literacy; familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace. Availability for flexible part-time shifts (9 AM TO 5:30 PM , 4:30 PM TO 10:30 PM) Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.

Fluency in Malayalam is required.
