Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems remotely, proficient in remote management and help desk support. Telephonic desktop support, Outlook configuration & troubleshooting, user and group creation, Network printer installation, troubleshooting Shared & NTFS Permissions, software & driver installation, backup & recovery. Manage and troubleshoot windows server and client operating systems and related software applications. Excellent troubleshooting skill with ability to support and troubleshoot elevated queries independently. Good communication skills Familiarity & working knowledge of excel is must.

Desired Candidate Profile



Candidates working with call center/overseas telephonic L1/L2 support preferred. Candidates should have good communication skill in Malayalam. Excellent troubleshooting skill in multiple domain environments. Proficient in managing and troubleshoot server/desktop level queries independently. Understanding of share and NTFS permission. Responsible for routine LAN administration, maintenance, troubleshooting identifying risks and issues Responsible for monitoring performance and conformance to standards, work ethics, company policies and professional conduct.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
