Job description
Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems remotely, proficient in remote management and help desk support.
Telephonic desktop support, Outlook configuration & troubleshooting, user and group creation, Network printer installation, troubleshooting Shared & NTFS Permissions, software & driver installation, backup & recovery.
Manage and troubleshoot windows server and client operating systems and related software applications.
Excellent troubleshooting skill with ability to support and troubleshoot elevated queries independently.
Good communication skills
Familiarity & working knowledge of excel is must.
