Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with their enquiries related to cattle dairy business using our products and services . Language known - Kannada, Telugu (Speak , Read , Write) Females Required , work from office , Pune (Pashan) Selected person\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Communicate with customers via phone and chat in a timely and accurate way
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers
- Work with internal departments to meet customer\'s needs
- Handle data entry in various platforms
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Performance bonus
