Job Description



Job Summary The primary job of a customer service representative is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

  • Regular and intuitive response to customer queries and feedback.
  • Understanding the client/customer requirements and relaying the same to respective internal divisions.
  • Understand company products, processes and policies in order to effectively communicate the same to customers.
  • Understand customer feedback capture process and create meaningful insights from the feedback and offer clear action points for the management.
  • Any sort of customer calls as case maybe
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in various teams to ensure final customer resolution
Qualifications
  • Proven client and b2c customer management experience.
  • Familiarity with chat, call and ticketing tools
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Fluent in English, Kannada(both written and spoken) + Other languages will be an add on
