Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via

phone, email, chat, and social media

in a friendly and professional manner Help customers with

order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges

Resolve customer complaints quickly to ensure a great shopping experience Coordinate with

internal teams

(warehouse, logistics, finance, tech) to fix order and delivery issues Work closely with

courier and logistics partners

for faster resolutions Maintain accurate customer records in

CRM systems

Follow company service guidelines and policies Identify common customer issues and share feedback to improve processes Educate customers about

products, offers, and platform features

Prepare

basic Excel reports

for customer support and operational tracking
Skills & Requirements:

Strong

verbal and written communication

skills Good

problem-solving and conflict-resolution

abilities Customer-focused attitude with

patience and empathy

Ability to

multitask

in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with

CRM tools

Working knowledge of

MS Excel

(data entry, basic formulas, simple reports)

English (Good), Kannada, Hindi

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
