: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Associate to join our Pre-Sales

Calling team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential Couples, helping to

generate interest in our products or services and qualify the leads. This is an excellent entry-level

opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in sales and Couple engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective Couple

? Present the key features and benefits of products or services to generate interest

? Identify Couple needs and determine how our solutions can meet those needs

? Qualify the leads based on defined criteria

? Maintain accurate records of Couple interactions and lead status in the CRM system

? Follow up with leads via phone or email to nurture and convert interest into opportunities

? Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (e.g., call volume, lead conversions)

? Collaborate with the manager to refine call scripts and messaging

? Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Qualifications and prerequisites:

? PUC/Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or marketing is a plus

? Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or call center work is an advantage but not mandate

? Strong communication and persuasion skills

? Customer-first attitude and ability to build rapport quickly

? Comfortable working with targets and under pressure

? Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZOHO) is a plus

? Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
