Customer Support Executive

with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

and be comfortable handling customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Follow company policies and service standards

Eligibility Criteria:



Minimum

1 year of customer support experience

Graduate

(mandatory) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English & Hindi

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
