Role Overview



We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing excellent online and technical support, and ensuring every client enjoys a seamless experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails. Provide prompt and accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Support users with technical and online issues related to LegalDesk products. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently. Continuously work to improve service quality and user experience.Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (spoken). Knowledge of Telugu or Tamil is an added advantage. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
