We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and they have a smooth experience with our products and services.
1. Provide real-time chat support.
2. Deliver empathetic, problem-solving assistance to resolve customer issues effectively.
3. Communicate clearly in English, Hindi, and Kannada with excellent typing skills.
4. Handle multiple chat conversations, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
5. Explain product features, eligibility, and financial options with clarity.
6. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.
7. Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams while following company protocols.
8. Adhere to data privacy, company policies, and maintain professional chat etiquette.
9. Should be prepared for Rotational Shifts and WOs. (8am to 5pm or 11am to 8pm)
Requirements :-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and support software.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
