This is a long-term role, and we are specifically seeking candidates who can commit to at least 1 year.

We're looking for a warm, confident communicator who knows how to make customers feel heard and valued. If you've worked in hospitality or have experience handling clients directly, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams Respond promptly to inbound leads via email, phone, or chat Assist customers with product inquiries including features, pricing, and availability. Provide quotations and assist with purchase decisions Resolve pre-purchase concerns such as product compatibility or customization options Address post-purchase issues like installation support, defects, returns, or replacements Manage warranty claims, repair, and replacement requests professionally Gather and relay customer feedback to improve overall experience Maintain an active CRM and sales funnel to track interactions and pipeline progress Sell products in-studio by engaging walk-in customers and offering tailored solutions

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Prior experience of 1+ year

in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred Excellent in spoken and written English Strong communication and customer-handling skills Fast and accurate typing skills Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and in-person Flexible with work hours, including weekends if needed Sales or upselling experience is a plus

Compensation And Benefits:

Salary: 15,000-23,000 per month (based on experience) Health insurance and paid sick time
