Customer Support Executives (Telecallers)

for a full-time position with one of our corporate partners in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently Maintain customer records and follow-up logs in an organized manner Achieve daily targets and support overall team objectives Deliver exceptional customer service with a problem-solving mindset

Compensation & Training:



Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent) Salary: As per company standards (based on interview and performance) Pre-Employment Training & Certification on Call Center Executive Training is mandatory
