Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain customer records and follow-up logs in an organized manner
Achieve daily targets and support overall team objectives
Deliver exceptional customer service with a problem-solving mindset
