Respond to incoming user queries with regards to any issues that they might be facing
Attend incoming calls on Oliveboard's board line and resolve user queries
Attend to Live Chat queries coming in during the Business Hours
Feed in relevant sales queries to the Inside Sales team
Must strictly adhere to the Standard Processes in place for the CS team
Ensure customer Satisfaction metrics are met across Chat and Support ticket queries
Ensure Call quality metrics are met on incoming calls
Skills/Qualification Required:
3 to 6 months experience in a Customer Service role at a B2C company
Experience of working on any Support Ticketing platform like Zendesk, Zoho, Freshdesk etc., is preferred
Must be Proficient in Hindi, English - speaking and writing
The role will involve working for 6 days a week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
