Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
Assist in processing orders, refunds, and exchanges.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Logistics, IT, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and service standards.
Support in continuous improvement by providing feedback on recurring customer issues.
