Enview is an exciting and rapidly growing startup aiming to revolutionize the way companies leverage their enterprise CCTV cameras. Our mission is to add intelligence to enterprise CCTV video feeds, enabling organizations to manage, optimize, and extract valuable insights from their CCTV deployments.

What you'll do



Follow up with customersfor pending payments and outstanding dues.

Creating & Closing tickets through portal.

Maintaining and updating reports related to PM activities.

Coordinate with internal teams such as accounts and sales for payment details and invoice clarifications.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with bank representatives.

Who you are and what your capabilities are



Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of banking and payment processes.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Diploma (E&C), Business Administration, Bsc.

0-1 years of relevant experience in customer support, collections, or banking preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
