Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, chat, or social media
Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth resolution
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or team leads
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality
