Role Overview:

We are seeking a

Senior Customer Support Executive

with 3-5 years of experience in

voice, chat, and email-based support

. The ideal candidate will be fluent in

English, Kannada, and Tamil

, with a proven track record of resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally. You will also help guide junior team members and assist in optimizing support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer interactions across

voice calls, emails, and chat platforms

Resolve complex queries related to orders, payments, returns, delivery issues, and product information Handle customer escalations with empathy and professionalism Maintain accurate and complete records of customer conversations in CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, tech, warehouse) to ensure resolution of customer issues Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience

in a customer support role handling

voice, email, and chat

Fluent in English, Kannada, and

Hindi(spoken fluency required; strong written English skills for email/chat) Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and patience under pressure Experience using CRMs like

Zoho.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ticketing systems Bachelor's degree in any stream

Pay: ₹20,834.14 - ₹35,048.20 per month
