Immediate Hiring for Sr.Analyst in BPO

Salary: 30K CTC

Key Responsibilities:

*Work on different projects

*Survey callings - regarding bank transfer and they do the changes in the Cred app

*Feedback callings - once they offer for processing fees (calling up customers and find out whether they are satisfied or not)

*These projects might be given to them on different projects of CRED

*They'll be the Acting Quality and Trainer ( will have to Audit the calls and has to rectify the errors)

*Will be the Acting Trainer - (Will have to Train the Agents on the absence of the Trainer)

Qualification:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive / Sales / Collections Specialist in BPO sector for min 2-3 years

Excellent communication in English and Hindi

Graduate is a must.

Location: Mathikere Bangalore
