We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented
Female Customer Support Executive
to join our team at HSR Layout, Sector 1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, while also managing a small team to ensure excellent support service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer queries via
phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp
.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Lead and supervise a small customer support team
, ensuring timely and quality responses.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using internal CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
Handle escalations and follow up until final resolution.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on customer queries and resolutions.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a customer support role.
Prior experience in
team handling
or support supervision is an advantage.
Fluency in
Kannada, English, and Hindi
is mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with WhatsApp Business and email handling.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision.
