We are urgently looking for talented customer support individuals to help with our expanding customer base and enhancing customer experience.

Work Location - Koramangala, Bangalore.

Working Mode - Work from office (6 days).

CTC: Rs. 26000 to Rs. 27000 per month.

Candidates preferred staying in Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Answer to the calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. Focusing on customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Eligibility:

2 to 3 years of work experience in customer service only.

Any Bachelor's Degree.

Excellent written and verbal communication skill.

Ability to work with a team and must be comfortable in a high-volume environment.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Must have good knowledge on MS Office Suit.

Prior Sales experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred languages: English, Hindi and any additional regional language.
