Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Addressing Customer Inquiries:

Providing prompt and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.

Resolving Issues:

Handling complaints, troubleshooting problems, and finding solutions to customer concerns.

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction:

Taking proactive steps to ensure customers are happy with their interactions and the services provided.

Maintaining Customer Relationships:

Building trust and rapport with customers, fostering loyalty and positive feedback.

Product/Service Knowledge:

Staying up-to-date on company offerings and effectively communicating this knowledge to customers.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaboration:

Working with other teams and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Process Improvement:

Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend changes.

Training and Development:

May be involved in training new hires and developing ongoing training for existing support staff.

Team Leadership (in some cases):

May supervise a team of support representatives and provide guidance and mentorship
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
