Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via calls, chats, or emails. Help customers with order placement, tracking, and cancellations. Coordinate with homechefs and delivery partners to resolve issues. Handle complaints politely and provide quick resolutions. Maintain customer records and update support logs. Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.

Requirements:



Good communication skills in English and local language. Basic computer knowledge. Experience with inbound calls Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude. Prior experience in customer support (preferably in food or delivery industry) is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
