  • Build excellent knowledge of the products & services of the company.
  • Provide accurate information to customers related to the product & services.
  • Assist customers over the phone or chat with technical support and service issues.
  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries.
  • Resolving customers\' complaints and queries.
  • Feedback connection with the clients and customers.
  • Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
  • Handling the team offering customer support.
Requirements for the profile:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal & written
  • Understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent phone etiquette & active listening abilities.
  • Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully.
Location: 2 nd floor, Ganga Heights, Jaipur Eligibility: Fresher and/or Experienced *work from office only* Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift
