You are a computer savvy (knows their way around an e-commerce platform, able to use a smartphone and laptop) Impeccable communication and confidence in written interactions (English). You can interject your personality when communicating without sounding unprofessional. A positive and \'people first\' attitude. You take on new challenges with a smile, even under pressure. Strong organization skills with a fine-tuned attention to detail. You manage your time well and never miss an email. Experience with support software and CRM tools would be preferred. Confidence in user education and sales.
