Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for someone to review chat and incoming inquiries to support our customer service team on evenings and weekends. 2. The ideal candidate is someone who has 1-3 years of experince in International customer support process (both Voice & Non-voice) 3. Candidate should be excellent in English communication(Written & Verbal) and good with MS Office. 4. The candidate will need to gain comfort with our web port to look up customer information and provide updates on progress. 5. Regular communications with manufacturing team through slack and track the follow-ups to customer satisfaction. Other Requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree is a must.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills(English).
3. Sound knowledge of MS Office.
4. A quick learner.
5. Understanding of software development will be advantage.
6. Must be comfortable with night shifts. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 920,000.00 per month Benefits:
