Job Overview
We are hiring
Customer Support Executives
to manage
IT-related customer queries
across multiple locations. The role involves providing first-level IT support, handling inbound and outbound requests, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle IT-related queries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems from customers across India
Provide Level-1 technical support for software, login issues, application access, and system errors
Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined TAT
Escalate complex technical issues to the Team Leader or IT team
Maintain detailed records of interactions and solutions in CRM or ticketing tools
Guide users on basic system usage and company IT policies
Ensure service quality, data security, and compliance with company SOPs

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
6 Month of experience in customer service preferred
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Ability to work in rotational shifts and 24x7 support environment
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
