Role Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to join the
Sainsbury International Process
as Customer Support Executives. The role involves handling customer queries through voice and chat channels, ensuring timely resolutions, and delivering a professional support experience.
Eligibility & Requirements
Education:
Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
Fresher:
Allowed (Contractual role)
Experienced:
Minimum 1 year in International BPO / Customer Support (Voice/Chat)
Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English; good grammar, pronunciation, and customer handling skills
Compensation
Fresher (Contractual):
CTC: ₹2 LPA
In-hand: ₹17,400/month
Experienced:
CTC: ₹3.4 LPA
In-hand: ₹22,000/month
Additional Benefits:
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000/month
Travel Allowance: ₹1,400/month
Cab Facility: Available for night shifts
