minimum 6 months - 1+ year of experience

in international voice process

6 to 18 months of international voice experience

18+ months of international voice experience

Final salary will be discussed post-validation of salary slips.

Eligibility & Guidelines

Experience: Minimum

6 months in international voice

Maximum gap considered:

Up to 12 months only (no exceptions)

Candidate should be

within the hiring zone

(no nodal points anymore)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls for Canadian telecom customers

Provide effective solutions and ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Meet process-specific performance metrics and quality benchmarks

Adhere to training, compliance, and operational standards

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)

Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

Ability to handle queries in a professional & empathetic manner
