:Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will handle outbound/inbound calls, communicate effectively with overseas customers, provide product/service information, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to international customers to promote products/services or gather information as required.- Handle inbound queries from overseas clients with professionalism and accuracy.- Maintain strong product/service knowledge to provide correct information.- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems consistently.- Follow communication scripts and adhere to process requirements.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, or sales.- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required.- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data security norms.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred).- Prior experience in International BPO/Call Center is an advantage.- Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in early morning shifts.7AM to 4 PM- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).- Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet performance targets.- High level of patience, professionalism, and customer orientation.Education:- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).- Additional certifications in communication or customer service are a plus.What We Offer:- Attractive salary + performance incentives.- Professional training and career growth opportunities.- Supportive and dynamic work environment.- Health benefits (ref:updazz.com)
