Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process

Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and within defined timelines.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, typing skills).
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent performance.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Shift & Benefits:
Rotational Shifts | 6 Days Working
One-side cab facility during odd hours (up to 20 km radius)
Compensation:
Salary up to
