Job Title: Customer Support Executive - International Voice

Process vorizon - voice

Location: Kolkata

Shifts: Evening/Night (Rotational)

Working Days: 5 days/week

Cab: Provided (Pickup & Drop)

Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced candidates for international voice. You'll handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a high-quality support experience.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO/Customer Support (International Voice Process)

Communication: Excellent spoken and written English

Salary:-

CTC - 4.2 LPA

Max 25-30 k approx deepening on coms and last experience

Compensation:

Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000/month

Travel Allowance: ₹1,400/month

Cab Facility: Available for night shifts

Interview Process:

HR Screening (Voice, Grammar, Accent)

AMCAT (Min. Score:62/69)

Functional Round (Mock Call/Chat)

Final Operations Round

Job Type: Full-time

On paper, experience is mandatory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
