We are hiring

International Support Executives (Night Shift)

to assist our global clients. You will handle queries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer support.

Responsibilities



Respond to customer queries through

email, chat, and phone

. Provide accurate, clear, and timely information. Maintain and update customer records. Work with internal teams to resolve issues. Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Requirements



Excellent English communication skills

- written & spoken (mandatory). Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills. Prior experience in

International Support / BPO / Night Shift

preferred (freshers with good English may also apply). Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Comfortable working in

Night Shifts (US/UK timings)

. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, chat tools).
