We are hiring

International Customer Support Executives

for our Jaipur office to support global customers and help them with their queries. The role also involves understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services during interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with international customers and resolve their queries Provide clear and professional support experience Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant solutions Perform up-selling and cross-selling where appropriate Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory Minimum

1 year experience

in international customer support / sales / BPO Excellent English communication skills Willing to relocate to Jaipur (relocation support provided)

Salary

1 year experience:

?40,000 - ₹44,000 per month

2+ years experience:

?44,000 - ₹46,000 per month We have requirements in some other international processes as well, wherein the freshers can apply. (Salary: ₹27000 - ₹34000 per month)
