Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support Team (Chat & Voice). The role involves assisting international customers with their queries and providing exceptional service through chat (70%) and voice (30%) channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer queries via chat and voice efficiently and professionally.
Resolve issues related to bookings, payments, and account assistance.
Maintain accuracy, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.
Meet performance targets related to quality and productivity.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th / +2 / Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Minimum 1 year of experience in international customer support preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
Shifts: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Salary & Benefits:
CTC: Up to ₹4.1 LPA (based on experience and performance)
In-hand Salary: ₹20,000 - ?30,000 per month
Cab Facility: Pick and drop available for night shifts (within 25 km radius)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
