Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support international VIP clients through their matchmaking journey. Curate and recommend matches based on preferences and compatibility. Facilitate conversations between matches and offer relationship guidance. Maintain client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and personalized support. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. 1+ year of experience in International customer service, sales, or client relationship management. Comfortable working

night shifts (11 PM - 8 AM)

for international clients. Strong understanding of diverse cultures and relationship dynamics. Empathetic, patient, and result-driven attitude.
