. The role involves engaging with international clients (primarily from the US/UK/Canada/Australia), understanding their business needs, and offering customized digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat communications while ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat from international clients.
Pitch and sell digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Website Development, and Branding packages.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing solutions to meet their business goals.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to confidently communicate value propositions.
Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and meet individual and team targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and sales conversion.
1-3 years of experience in
international voice process / sales / customer support
, preferably in a digital marketing or BPO environment.
