Customer Support Executive – International Bpo (night Shift)

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International BPO process at our Marol location. Candidates with prior international voice process experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries for international clients via phone or email. Deliver excellent customer service while troubleshooting queries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet performance benchmarks in quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO/Voice Process is mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written. Comfortable working in night shifts. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Immediate joiners preferred.
