We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International BPO process at our Marol location. Candidates with prior international voice process experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries for international clients via phone or email.
Deliver excellent customer service while troubleshooting queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet performance benchmarks in quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO/Voice Process is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Immediate joiners preferred.
