Customer Support Executives

for our

US-based process

in an international BPO setup.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients. Provide excellent customer support and resolve client queries professionally. Maintain accurate call records and ensure high customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals.

Requirements:



Excellent

English communication skills

(spoken and written).

Experience in US BPO / International Voice Process

preferred. Comfortable working in

night shifts

. Must be willing to

stay with the company for a minimum of 1 year

. Immediate joiners preferred.
