Role: Customer support Executive / Intern

Experience :

0 to 1 yr - Freshers (Contractual Role - 3 to 4 months)

Languages:

Fluent in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus)

Key Responsibilities



Call and follow up with customers who abandoned their carts Understand customer concerns and help them complete their purchase Share product details, offers, and support options. Update CRM records and coordinate with support/marketing teams Provide valuable feedback to improve the customer journey. Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude during all interactions Learn and understand the products to answer basic customer queries Record customer interactions and details in the system accurately Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Should have

Excellent communication skills (English + local language) Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, Chat tools) Willingness to learn and adapt Customer-focused attitude * Patience and active listening
