We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experience while working remotely. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when required
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Meet individual and team performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, SLA, etc.) Required Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline)
0 5 years of experience in customer support / BPO / call center
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to work night shifts / rotational shifts Preferred Skills
Prior experience in international voice or non-voice processes
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
Typing speed of 30 40 WPM with good accuracy
Customer-centric mindset and positive attitude Technical Requirements
Personal laptop/desktop with reliable internet connection
Noise-free work environment
