Overview

The role holder is responsible for supporting the admissions process, maintaining the student database and ensuring the smooth processing of new student admissions.

Responsibilities

Administers students' admissions, student visa, other documents, policies and procedures, rule and regulations in compliance with the Ministry of Education and academic progression requirements

Maintains and updates the student database for new, existing and graduating students, and the alumni database

Responsible for the day-to-day management and collection of Admissions data, such as enrolment numbers, and analyses the data to detect outliers and trends

Manages communication tools, such as MyOWIS, as well as the school website, newsletter, brochures and other written communication to keep parents up-to-date

Supports the Admissions team in developing ideas to increase enrolment numbers

Assists the Admissions team in conducting on the markets and competitors, and customer surveys

Supports and participates in the Admissions events, such as Open House and orientation.
