Job Description

We are looking for Young and smart for our Customer support Process at our Hyderabad office. :

  • Managing large volume of customer calls
  • Stay friendly and helpful
  • Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email and text
  • Accurately document customer interactions
  • Entering the customer data in Hello Leads application for future reference.
  • Determine opportunities for new sales
  • Generated Calls to Assign to the Sales team and Follow-up with them.
  • Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines.
  • Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times
  • Be professional
  • Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
  • Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Requirement:
  • Any Graduate with Excel Knowledge
  • Should be handle mobile phone and applications in the phone.
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Should be able to speak : Telugu, Hindi & English. (Any other is added advantage)
